To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, all skincare products purchased from Lux MedSpa Brickell are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once they have been shipped.
Exceptions:
Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@luxmedspabrickell.com within 7 (seven) business days of receiving the product. To expedite the process, please include clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Since this is an exception we will treat case by case, giving you all the assistence to return the merchandise if is the case or replace it. We will be sending emails confiming all the steps, and giving you the ETA. Etc
Shipping
Delivery Fees: A flat fee of $12.00 will be applied to each product for shipping and handling. We currently offer delivery within the United States only.
Delivery Time: Please allow 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) business days for your order to arrive after you receive your processing confirmation email. Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions or public health emergencies.
Free Pickup: You may choose to pick up your order free of charge at our central location: 805 South Miami Avenue, 9th Floor, Miami, Florida 33130. Please allow [processing time] for your order to be prepared for pickup. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
